From her early days in costuming and technical theatre to collaborations with high-end fashion houses and independent designers, Ashley’s work has always celebrated the beauty of craftsmanship and the stories woven into every stitch.

 

Each piece, whether a custom garment, a made-to-order design, or a digital sewing pattern, carries the same intention — to honour the connection between the maker and the muse.

Hi, I’m Ashley, a passionate designer and seamstress with over 20 years of experience bringing creative visions to life. I started sewing at 12 and have been in love with the craft ever since. For me, sewing isn’t just about making clothes, it’s about creating confidence through timeless design.

After earning my Technical Theatre Diploma with a specialisation in costuming, I worked across the fashion industry, from alterations to crafting movie-quality Elvis Presley jumpsuits. I’ve collaborated with high-end designers whose work has graced the New York Fashion Week runway and dressed celebrities.

Some of the brands I’ve worked with include Leisure the Brand, Nonie Wear (formerly House of Nonie), Folds, and Pro Elvis Jumpsuits.

Today, I combine my couture-level craftsmanship with a passion for empowering sewists. Whether I’m creating bespoke garments, designing advanced sewing patterns, or supporting local designers with small-batch production, my goal is always the same: to help women feel proud of what they make and confident in what they wear.
